Some Rugby News April 2014
HRC First Year Rugby Team beat Vocational School Athenry 19 pts to 7pts  and St. Marys College Ballygar 17pts to 5 pts on the way to winning the Eddie O'Sullivan Perpetual Cup at the annual Monivea RFC first year schools blitz held on Wednesday 9th of April at Monivea RFC.
Joint Captains Darragh McHugh and Michael Flynn accepted the Cup from Padraic McGann of Monivea RFC


Rugby victory for HRC 26 March 2014
History was made in HRC on Wednesday, 26th March at the Sportsground, Galway when HRC won the Connacht Schools Senior Developmnent Cup final, defeating Scoil Chuimsitheach Chiaráin, An Cheathrú Rua (Carraroe Comprehensive School) by 12 points to 8.

Connacht Football Champions March 2014
Senior Boys’ Connacht final – HRC defeated St Louis, Kiltimagh with a score of 9 points to 7. Congratulations to all involved !
All Ireland semi-final, Saturday, 29th March against Coláiste Choilm, Ballincollig, Result: Coláiste Choilm 1.9 HRC 1.8
